My brother moved in four days ago. I haven't had a roommate in almost a year, but family is family. I am looking forward to bonding with him, as we really haven't spent much time together over the past year.
While he was at work yesterday, I completed sealing off the shower in his room with silicone. I left a note for him before going out:
"If you need to take a shower, use mine. I sealed yours with silicone and it needs to dry. Thanks! - Erin"
I returned home to find this note:
"Erin, If we are to live together, then these (arrow pointing to my sticky note) type of notes are not going to work. I require something more like this (arrow pointing to a box below): "Ernie, I am out of TP and it hurts when I just scoot my butt along the carpet in my room to wipe. Could you please pick some up next time you go shopping? My butt really hurts and a rash is forming. I leave you with a quote buy the great Toto, 'I know that I must do what's right. Sure as Kilimanjaro rises like Olympus above the Serengeti.' - Chad (Note not drawn to actual size."
